Social Support
A program to provide a service of social support that
encourages Aboriginal people: aged / frail or with a
disability to remain in their communities, rather than
premature institutionalisation due to lack of care, family

Who We Are

We are an incorporated non-government community based organisation located in Coffs Harbour at the Coffs Harbour Aboriginal Family Community Care Centre.

We provide Aboriginal services in the Coffs Harbour local government area.
